I've been playing guitar for about 10 years, starting when I was 7 years old, in Primary School, learning
basic things, I was being taught classical guitar, but didnt really learn much, I've retained only some of what I learnt and
what I needed, and when I went into High School, Year 7, I put it off for a while, even though I got my electric that same
year. I didn't bother with it much, as I had other things on my mind.
In Year 8, I developed my own technique of playing, which was set in my own tuning, with my different strumming
patterns, etc, but still didn't play much.
When I was in year 9, I was full on playing. Still not knowing about youtube, I couldn't learn much, so I was
playing my own renditions of songs, my way. I didn't want to waste money on lessons.
Though by Year 10, I was playing even more, and found a few of my mates played guitar as well, and I was frequently
bringing my guitar to school and jamming in the yard, etc. And near the end of the year, I found youtube, and started
learning music from YouTube, which is far by the easiest way I've ever come accross in my Life.
And now, at Year 11, I'm playing professionally, and am now in a Band. I also met my girlfriend, my one and only,
Katie, this same year. I love her forever. xoxoxoxoxoxox
And thats a summery of my guitar playing life. I could go into more detail, but thats pretty much it, summerised
